Synergy Dance Championships is a brand-new fresh, elite dance competition that will provide young dancers with the opportunity to compete in a professional and friendly environment across the UK.
Not only will we be holding yearly dance competitions, but we will also be offering dance-intensive days for young aspiring dancers to train with us at an elite level, bringing in some of the best and most experienced guest teachers from the industry, offering a professional and high level of dance training, ensuring dancers leave having learnt, progressed, and feeling inspired.
Synergy Dance Championships pride themselves in the quality and experience they provide. They create a nurturing and encouraging environment to give dancers the space to grow in confidence, inspiring them with the judges, teachers and guest choreographers at the SDC events. The next generation of dancers will be able to showcase their talent across the U.K. in a safe and competitive dance environment. Whether it be new dancers to the competition circuit or dancers who have experienced competing, we have a strong nurturing ethos, motivating and supporting dancers to have fun and progress through performing competitively.
At Synergy Dance Championships, there is a huge passion for the dance industry, and the team wanted to create a competition completely different to what’s currently around! We will ensure that dancers, teachers, and parents leave our event feeling excited, inspired, and wanting more!
MEET GAZ
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Our team are thrilled to announce that Gaz Davis has joined us as creative director. With years of experience on and off stage, we know that Gaz will be an asset to our competition, bringing in some of the best and most knowledgeable judges from the industry to adjudicate at our competitions.
The team believes that Gaz will bring a fresh and unique edge to the events, making the event memorable and professional.
Gaz began working as a professional dancer and has had an exciting career both on stage and screen, dancing for many worldwide artists such as Take That, Rihanna, Girls Aloud, Robbie Williams and Little Mix. Performing on shows such as The Brits, X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing and Britain’s Got Talent, also Mamma Mia the movie, West End shows Starlight Express, Ray Charles and Never Forget. Also travelling the world with brands such as Schwarzkopf,Adidas, D&G, Toni & Guy and many more. His choreography credits include Nicole Scherzinger, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, BBC - All Together Now, P&OCruises, Clothes Show Live, Simon Webbe (Blue), Moroccan Oil Hair Show, Lee Jeans, Debenhams, Boux Avenue, Matalan...to name a few. He also has co-choreographed huge live events such as The Special Olympics - Dubai 2019, World Skills - Abu Dhabi, NRJ Fashion Shows - Zurich and was Dance Captain on the 2012 London Olympics.
